Our Delectable History

personalized cusine experiences since 2016

Our journey started in 2016 when Chef Kristof Deflo, an experienced private yacht chef, explored various recipes from across the world. He blended these recipes together into his first restaurant, Oliva Italian Bistro.

Since then, Chef Kristof has travelled around the world preparing meals for the elite. He has now relocated back to Barcelona to share his culinary expertise for those wishing to participate in a private dining experience catering to your preferences.

Through building this culinary empire, Elite's Cuisine is looking to simplify the experience by creating a platform where you can simply book your dining experience seamlessly and have a fully catered menu designed specially for you and your guests.
